Bache-Gabrielsen VS Tre Kors Cognac

The history of the appellation “Tre Kors” of this VS dates back to the Norwegian Prohibition period from 1916 to 1926, when the liquor was only sold in pharmacies, for medicinal purposes, and the young Thomas Bache -Gabrielsen had ingeniously replaced the existing three stars * of the label with three crosses (in Norwegian: Tre Kors).

This blend combines the vigor of its young eaux-de-vie with the emerging maturity of a great Cognac. On the nose, come the vanilla aromas of Limousin oak, as well as those of citrus fruits and spices. The taste is subtle and fruity. The finish is long and fresh.
