Chateau Franc Le Maine Sans Soufre

This Saint-Emilion “sans soufre” has an intense purple robe with lighter purple hues. The nose is very fruity and lively with aromas of black currant, cherries and black fruits. The mouth is ample with very precise and supple tannins and a slight minerality. The body is well structured with a good intensity and persistence.

Even in its “no-added-sulfites” version, this wine can be kept for several years with and keep its integrity and intensity even after 5 years.

The Vignobles Bardet started to imagine practices that would allow a ‟bio-regulation” of their ecosystem since 1990.

In strict accordance with the characteristics of the terroir, they implemented a method allowing them to monitor diseases and vine ravaging insects. The “No-Added Sulfite” wines are obtained from the “bio regulation” of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation processes
